SupportPod.com delivery policy

This Delivery Policy statement covers the site SupportPod.com which is wholly owned by Apoyar Ltd, a limited company incorporated in England 4178758 with registered offices at The Courtyard, Chapel Lane, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4DB; and describes our delivery policy when ordering on our web site.

Delivery is defined as the timely delivery of your “on demand” support service points through the SupportPod.com.

 

Delivery has two elements;

 

  • The delivery of support points to your account after purchasing them on-line with you credit or debit card
  • The topping up of your account with support points by adding the purchase of your points using your ‘On Account” Direct debit monthly subscription facility

 

Paying by debit or credit card for Pay As You Go transactions:

 

When you purchase service points with your credit or debit card then the amount of service points purchased, including any promotional or bonus points, is delivered immediately to your account for use.

 

In a Pay As You Go transaction, you have chosen the service you would like to receive, been issued its points value and been informed as to the price of the purchase of the points including VAT.  Once you have completed your purchase using our payment gateway your account is immediately credited with the points and your service request is placed in the system for delivery in accordance with your needs.

 

The time to complete the service is variable and dependant on the information you provide to us.

 

Pay As You go accounts retain your purchased point’s balance for a maximum of 1 month; having a balance on the account allows you to have a greater flexibility with your service provision, especially if you are a business customer with multiple employees.

 

Points have a maximum “shelf life” of 1 month and will expire from your account. As a customer you will receive a “soon to expire” warning and you can request a refund as per our cancellation and refund policy.

We advise you to carefully consider your needs when you purchase points on a pay  as you go basis. Generally our Pay As You Go Customers purchase points as they need them.  Alternatively you can also consider a subscription account which provides you alternative payment procedures and auto top up of your account.

 

Customers Purchasing ‘On Account” having a direct debit subscription payment arrangement.

 

Points are credited / topped up at the beginning of each month or 30 day anniversary of your subscription, in line with your direct debit payment that is in place.

 

All unused points expire when the account is refreshed at the 30-day anniversary.  Do we send notice on unused points – Somehow this doesn’t make sense to me when these are account customers?
