Pay as You Go purchases are only available by Credit / Debit card payment method.
Cancellation and request for Refund of PAY AS YOU GO unused points purchased on a Credit or Debit Card
You have a 7 days cancellation period to cancel and receive a full refund on your purchase of SupportPod.com service points from the date of purchase.
You may cancel your purchase of points by either completing the “contact us” form on our web site or by calling our customer service agents on the above number.
In all cases we will refund the amount in full that you have spent on purchasing SupportPod.com points, minus any points used prior to the time of cancellation.
Bonus or promotional points that were awarded are not refundable.
The refund amount will be the same as shown on SupportPod.com in “My Account”, “my finances” tab minus the bonus points given to you with the purchase or initial registration.
Note: that if you have scheduled a visit and cancel within 2 hours of the visit and then request a refund, you will be charged for the visit.
Refund of points from an “On Account” Direct Debit Account
You may cancel the request you have made for any service even if the expert has started service delivery; with the exception of a scheduled “visit” to your premises which is not refundable if you cancel in less than 2 hours before the service visit.
If you cancel the service request within the time permitted then your account will be refunded immediately and automatically by the system.
SupportPod.com will not refund monthly subscription points in the event of a cancellation. For monthly subscription purchase our policy is to cancel your direct debit instruction ceasing collection of your subscription providing that we receive 30 days written notice.
