Using It
In three simple steps
1. There are two ways you can Register to use our Services; click on "Register" at the Top Right Hand corner and fill out your details or
2. Click on one of the Service "Action Buttons" to "Call Me", "Visit", "Chat", "Connect To My PC" or to "Email Me"
3. You will be asked to fill out information on your problem and register, just complete the page, select your preferred payment method, agree to our Terms and Conditions and we will provide you with access to our highly skilled IT support experts.

SupportPod is the portal that allows you to contact us in real-time and allows us to keep you updated of all the changes in your account. We are now able to provide our customers with the support they have been demanding for years, at the right price with results and solutions for their IT issues.


Always in control

When we receive a request, we will work all the way until you are satisfied with our solution. When we ‘resolve’ your request or complete the work scheduled; we will ask you to confirm acceptance of our work. Only when you accept the resolution for your request; your account will be charged for the service points allocated to that job.

Email: any question to our support team and your request will be picked up within15 minutes. We will determine which skilled member of our service team is best placed to assist you and he or she will work with you towards the best resolution of your request, until you are satisfied and accept the resolution provided.

Chat with a Technician: Open a chat window and one of our support experts will pick up your request. You can explain your problem and get an instant response to your questions.

Connect to my PC: Connecting to your PC takes out a lot of confusion in identifying the problem. When one of our support experts connects to your PC they will have direct control over your system. There is a specialised chat window so you can still talk to the engineer who is in control of your pc during the whole process, you control access and security at all times. We can only connect if you ask us to and with a unique password which is issued every time you request our support experts to connect.

Using our software - the Apoyar Connector: The Apoyar Connector puts you in direct contact with our team of professional support experts to connect to your PC. You will be instructed how to download this software when you select "Connect To My PC"

Call Me: You can make a request for one of our engineers to call you on a specific date, at a specific time. All you need to do is to tell us what your problems is, fill in the user details and confirm your relevant contact details.

Request a Visit :This feature allows you to schedule a visit from one of our engineers. Simply fill in the relevant contact and address details and we will be in touch to confirm a visit

Managing Your Account: Feel the value of great service and try for as little as £25.  Click on ‘Account’ and you will be presented with a number of options for managing your Account. You can search through your tickets to view the status and progress and to follow up your payments and much more...

Our Support Specialists can help you with your challenges via mail, chat, over the phone, by a visit or by using our remote support service.

In addition, some of our clients ask us to update their system overnight so they have a minimum of interruption in the day time hours.
