After downloading the connector follow the following simple instructions.



Download our Supportpod Lite for MAC , download this application if you are using an Apple MAC (Not IPAD or Iphone ""yet"" Sorry)

For Experts and Geeks

Apoyar Connector and Viewer are free to use by registered users to connect from a windows desktop to another windows desktop or server. The Connector is installed in the system and tray and on demand you request a remote connection to the connector from the Viewer.

Apoyar ConnectorClick to download Apoyar Connector , (windows)  install this on your clients target machine the client has to click to start the connection and provide you with the connection ID (yes boring security)





Apoyar Viewer , install this app on your windows desktop and use to connect to your clients machine - Fair use policy




To use these apps you will have to register on our site as an expert , you use the same username and password that you chose when registering to use the application.

OSX Support

To use the OSX connection you need to become an expert and download our expertpod application. From this app you can chat, remote control and dial with Voip to support your customer fully integrated into ticketing and service management.
